We have worked with just about every industry out there, from fin-tech, e-learning, healthcare, insurance, to encryption and security. Our client list consists of federal contracting, 5 team tech start-ups and everything in-between.
A specialization in building digital strategies has allowed us to effectively cultivate roughly sketched concepts in to deep-level user engaging strategies. An agile approach allows for customization of each product's unique mission and roadmap, driving business as it circles users' needs at the core. Having grown up always dabbling in the arts, fashion, dance, music, and all things creative, I am not surprised I ended up with the career that I have.
Although I am an artist and designer at the core, I realized what I loved most about digital products and tools were their ability to communicate, engage, and help users. My design process always included elements of UX strategy. Whether it be branding or software, the core premises of the conversations, discovery and insights apply. It is not just about the design at the end of the day, I genuinely enjoy helping my clients execute their creative vision while guiding them in making more sustainable decisions.
20 years of industry experience does not come without lessons. I have first handedly seen and worked through the progress of static html pages to responsive material standard designs. These days my focus is to harness those years of lessons and apply them to HC's UX Strategy & Solutions services. I am excited to bring this knowledge to the table.
